Wheel Well Wheel Well is a neutered male who was born on September 2, 2009. A retired gentleman was coming home from town one day and happened to notice some road kill on the side of the road. As he passed he saw something else out of the corner of his eye and realized that it was a small black kitten on the side of the road. He turned his truck around and went back to find the kitten. He pulled over to where he saw the road kill and the kitten and got out of his truck. He couldnt find the kitten. He looked under his truck, around one side and the other. He went to both sides of the road and even went down into the ditch and still couldnt find the kitten. He assumed that the kitten was just scared and had run off. He drove three miles to his house and decided to hose off his truck since it had been raining and it was muddy from the dirt roads. While doing so he heard a faint meow. He turned off the hose and heard it again, it was coming from the front wheel well of his truck. After five minutes he finally got the little guy out, wet, cold and hungry. He was amazed that the kitten made it in that tiny unsafe spot for over three miles without falling out. Wheel Well is a great kitten. He is very loving and affectionate. He would do well in any home. He is great with kids and other cats and would be fine with dogs.
